Time Mage
Well, here's another one I've done. My first, actually. Time Mages. This is relatively easy, like most mage classes. You get Haste, Slow, Don't Move, Short Charge, Demi, Teleport, Meteor, and yes, those all-important pointy hats. (Don't ask.) Of course, in the beginning, they lack power. Bonking with a staff for 18 damage is never fun. Throw in a lack of healing, and Dorter Trade City may just be the hardest battle in the game. Same goes for Sand Rat Cellar. If you have the patience, Summoner Delita is the way to go. Still, Demi is the ultimate assassination tool. 4 off anyone except Altima2. Since you have 5 Time Mages...
Short Charge is needed when Meteor is needed. Don't bother with Meteor unless you have Short Charge.
Meteor has 4 range, and 3 effect. This means you have to target it to the edge of its range if you expect it to not hit you. Of course, if you are targeting it, then moving, you don't have to worry about this. Meteor makes some battles more comical than anything else. Don't believe me? Go to Grog Hill and fight the 11 Monks.
Blue Time Mages: Haste2, Slow2, and Meteor can be learned "Blue Mage Style"- being hit by it. Learning Meteor like this is asking for it though. Still, saving 1040 JP on the level 2's might be worth it later on, they have higher hit %...
Dorter Trade City: You had better use MP Switch here and at Sand Rat Cellar. Don't bother with anything until that Archer is gone. Then just use Haste. If you have Summoner Delita, then this battle's relatively easy.
Most of the game from here on is easy, and largely depends on Zodiac compatibilities. If it says "Defeat (X)" use Demi. Otherwise, use Meteor. Don't use MP Switch once past Sand Rat Cellar, and your only problem is the Sluice. There you just hope for decent Zodiac compatibilities, and modify the Priest Strategy. That's it.
